As part of Galileo’s Tata Sons advisory mandate, we advised Tata Sons on the formation and strategic plan for a financial services subsidiary to be called Tata Capital.
Tata Capital started operating as a non-bank finance company in September of 2007. It is a diversified financial services company providing services to retail, corporate and institutional clients in the areas of retail finance, corporate finance, investment banking, retail broking and distribution, wealth management and private equity.
