Advised the Trinidad & Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission on the creation of a regulatory framework for trading Depositary Receipts in Trinidad & Tobago and on the conditions necessary for successful trading of foreign securities in the market.
This mission involved close contacts with the regulators, the Ministry of Finance, the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange, as well as investors and broker dealers to ensure that the framework would respond to the needs of all stakeholders.
