Galileo approached Indian Hotel Company Limited (Taj Hotels) on the possible takeover of The Pierre Hotel lease from Four Seasons.
Taj had historically operated iconic hotel properties and The Pierre in New York fit that definition. Galileo advised Taj Hotels and Palaces on this takeover.
As part of that operation a 100 million dollar renovation was carried out to restitute the splendor of that unique property.
Over the years we remained close advisors to the group on the development of The Pierre.
