Xenon Ltd is an advisory company incorporated in the UAE in the beginning of 2009 and does fund raising and M&A in Turkey and the Gulf Region. It also has American and European clients. The company has a special focus on cross-border transactions in the energy, clean technology, and financial industries.

Eric Faivre

Xenon Founder & Principal

Prior to creating Xenon, Eric Faivre was Head of Societe Generale Group in the Gulf Region since 2006. He worked with the main Gulf Institutional investors (asset-management, alternative assets, real-estate) and with major Gulf Corporations (project finance). 

From 1999 to 2000 he was deputy CEO of Societe Generale in Prague, Czech Republic and from 2000 to 2006 he was Societe Generale Country Manager in Turkey, Istanbul, where he developed major investment banking relationships with the main Turkish conglomerates and banks. 

Prior to 1999, Eric Faivre was the CEO of Credit Lyonnais Bank in Madrid, Spain and Head of the Treasury. In previous years he held positions in the fixed income division of Morgan Stanley in London (91-93), he was Head of the treasury markets of Electricite de France (87-91), and held positions at Banque Indosuez in Paris and London (83-87). Eric Faivre holds an MBA from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris. He also passed his US series 3 (CME) and 7 (SEC) in 1987.
